Refund policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives with a production or delivery fault, such as a hole, tear, or incorrect printing. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing, so please study the size chart carefully before ordering. To be eligible for a refund, you must record a continuous video of yourself opening the sealed shipping package and send it to us within 24 hours of delivery. Without this video proof, we cannot process a refund.
