Shipping Policy

For in-stock items, orders will be processed within 1–5 business days. Once packed, your order will be handed over to the shipping carrier.

For preorder items, production will begin after the preorder period closes. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production, followed by 1–5 business days for packing and dispatch.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.
